Yoga on York in Fredericton, New Brunswick, offers unique classes for every stage of life. There’s Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal classes, and yoga specifically designed for moms with crawling babies and toddlers. Jenny Rolls, co-founder of Yoga on York, told Stylight, “we often get caught up in what the pose should look like, instead of focusing on how it feels to be in that pose in that particular moment.” “We are all put together differently. All bones are a different size and all joints, how they fit together, are unique. We’re never going to look like the person on the mat next to us, so enjoy your experience and time on the mat and let go of the ‘shoulds’ and ‘coulds.'” For the full Stylight article, click on the button below:

Well, yoga studios should level up their interior design! Aside from the good facilities and good experience to offer, it will always make a huge bearing to see if a yoga studio is well lit and well-destined, we all know that! I've never been to Canada to do a yoga session, but I can sense that more people there are giving os much importance on their health and wellness. This makes me happy because it's a proof that people are more concurred with their health!
